Celebrating Emerging Talent at Feeric Hub’s Sofia Showcase
Feeric Hub brought a burst of creative energy to Sofia, Bulgaria, with its highly anticipated initiative, Feeric On Tour. This program exemplifies Feeric Hub’s ongoing commitment to advancing fashion education, promoting sustainability in local industry, and supporting the rising stars set to shape the future of fashion.
Feeric Hub has swiftly positioned itself as a cornerstone in the realm of fashion education and promotion, highlighting the importance of nurturing emerging talent across Europe. By elevating the work of young designers and providing meaningful opportunities, it’s paving the way for more inclusive and sustainable practices within the fashion industry.
This dynamic showcase in Sofia was made possible through a key partnership with NEPI Rockcastle, whose support has revitalized the local fashion landscape. Together, they have focused on championing new designers, ensuring they have the platform and visibility necessary to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

Strategic Venues for a Vibrant Showcase
The choice of Paradise Center + Serdika Center as event venues was no accident; these locations played a crucial role in bringing together students, aspiring designers, and potential customers. The venues served as lively spaces for creativity and connection, setting the stage for attendees to experience the fruits of the students’ hard work and dedication.
The festivities commenced at Paradise Center, where a collective collection was unveiled, spotlighting recent graduates who are on the cusp of becoming recognized designers. Among those showcased were Viktor Spasov of Atelier Veredia from Bulgaria, alongside Romanian talents Daiana Stăncioiu and Alina Lazariu. Their innovative creations captivated the audience, demonstrating not only their artistic vision but also their professional growth nurtured by Feeric Hub‘s initiatives.
Student Collections Steal the Spotlight
The excitement continued at Serdika Center, where two collaborative collections presented by students garnered enthusiastic applause and interest from the audience. The positive reception indicated a promising local market yearning for fresh talent and innovative design.
The first collection, named “Timeless Threads,” was a collaborative effort from international students, emphasizing the crucial message that recycling alone cannot resolve the sustainability crisis in fashion. This collection also marked the fifth installment under the Hooldra brand, which aims to showcase exceptional student work from Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, North Macedonia, and Greece.
The second collection carried even deeper significance, showcasing the best designs from students at three esteemed Bulgarian institutions: New Bulgarian University, National Academy of Art Sofia, and the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts “Prof. Asen Diamandiev” in Plovdiv. Following the positive response to Bulgarian student designs at Feeric Fashion Week in Sibiu earlier this year, this showcase in Sofia offered a unique chance for local audiences to engage with these emerging talents.
Mitichi Preda, President of Feeric Hub, emphasized the project’s broader mission:
“Through our collaboration with NEPI Rockcastle, we aim to provoke thought about local fashion consumption and encourage designers to embrace responsible practices in creation, production, and sales using local resources. This is essential in building a more robust circular economy and a healthier future for the fashion landscape.”
Hosted by the charismatic Cosmina Păsărin, the event included a compelling presentation of the Feeric Hub program, alongside interactive discussions and insightful beauty and self-care sessions. The model casting was adeptly managed by Visage Models, and the stunning makeup looks were created by D-Visio Academy, led by Diana Konova, with hairstyling by Nikoleta Serafimova.
Forging a Creative Community
Feeric Hub’s growing community exemplifies the impact of ongoing educational and creative initiatives that substantially benefit local fashion ecosystems. With a commitment to fostering emerging talent, Feeric Hub offers a unique fashion experience that is open, collaborative, and infused with creativity. This approach not only raises market awareness but also cultivates a well-informed audience regarding the significance of nurturing local fashion.
Feeric On Tour received support from NEPI Rockcastle, Mitichi Foundation, and Feeric Hub, with local partners including Paradise Center, Serdika Center, Visage Models, and D-Visio Academy.
Overall, Feeric Hub’s showcase in Sofia underscores the vital role young designers will play in revolutionizing fashion. It reiterates the potential of collaborative efforts among educators, local enterprises, and aspiring talents, proving that fashion can serve as a catalyst for meaningful change in society.
